Training will still be Tuesdays and Thursdays this week and next leading up to the first game of the season...Please ensure you are there for us to start no later than 7pm. Training in October is still to be finalised but will probably be over at Montsaye, Rothwell the same as last year.

FIRST NOMADS LADS NIGHT OUT:

Saturday 26th September - After first home game against Orchard Park.
7.30 - 8PM Meet in the Earl of Dalkeith.
